Nano Tape vs Strip Tape
Nano Tape with the integrated miniature Nano dripper offers many advantages over continuous strip tape. Less material is used in the Nano Tape reducing production costs, infinite flexibility of drip spacing, ultra high speed of production with fully reliable vision system to detect perforations, and finally the production line costs vs output speeds of the Nano line is much more attractive than a strip tape production line.
Detail: Flat Dripper Bowl Feeder and Buffer
The Feeder Unit consists of a pre-feeder with hopper storage for the drippers, the centrifugal feeder, a buffer of drippers (for approximately 1 minute back up at the maximum inserting speed) and a conveyor. The capacity of the Feeder of the Centra dripper is up to 1000 drippers/min, for the Cyclone Flat PC dripper is up to 750 drippers/min and for the Nano dripper up to 2000 drippers/min.

Detail: Flat Dripper Inserting Unit
The Inserting Unit encompasses a programmable controller which enables inserting of flat drippers at user selected spacing. Inserting Unit’s capacity for the Centra dripper is up to 1000 drippers/min, for the Cyclone Flat PC dripper is up to 750 drippers/min and for the Nano dripper up to 2000 drippers/min.
Detail: Flat Dripper Drilling and Vision System
The plc controlled flat perforator operates a pneumatic drill. Drilling capacity of the unit, for the Centra dripper is up to 1000 holes per minute at a line speed of up to 250 m/min. Capacity for the Cyclone Flat PC dripper is up to 750 holes per minute at a line speed of up to 150 m/min and for the Nano dripper is up to 2000 holes per minute at a line speed of up to 250 m/min. Our flat production lines are offered with dual option for the inserting and drilling system of drippers: The Easy and Top Flat lines may (at a slightly higher price) process both Cyclone PC and Centra drippers.

Closed loop controlled vision System of the water outlet holes
The Vision system detects actual position and shape of all water outlet holes. On a fail result, the closed-loop control system activates a servo motor for the correction of left/right errors, or adjusts the activation of the drilling mechanism – through software – for the correction of front/back errors. This real-time correction allows the flat perforator to precisely control position of water outlet holes. Last 1000 fail images may be recalled from the system’s memory.
