DRTS Vacuum & Cooling Tanks

DRTS offers vacuum and cooling tanks specifically designed for use in the production of drip irrigation pipelines. We supply equipment for both Round drip irrigation lines as well as Flat drip irrigation lines and Drip Tape. Our Vacuum Tanks are designed for pipe dimensions from 6mm-32mm for Round Driplines and from 12mm-25mm for Flat Driplines. All of our DRTS vacuum and cooling tanks are manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel material to prevent rusting.

The Vacuum Tank in the drip irrigation production process is crucial. Our Tanks are supplied with aquarium and calibrators which is where the dripper bonding to the pipe takes place.

Dripper bonding is a sensitive process, especially with flat drippers and thinwall pipes. Pipe ID and wall thickness have a direct affect on the dripper performance and therefore the stability of the Vacuum tank is crucial.
 
Our vacuum tanks are digitally controlled to ensure manufacturing stability as well as assist with a more automated process. When integrated with DRTS Extruders, the Vacuum tank is controlled directly from the Extruder’s main HMI Screen.
 
Additionally, we offer an optional adjacent sump tank with a heat exchanger to ensure better temperature control and efficiency of the system. This essentially creates a closed loop water system which isolates the specific production line from the rest of the factory.
