This high-speed servo driven round dripper inserting machine is built using the same insertion concept as the flat drip machines. The belt driven machines allows us to reach speeds of up to 500 drippers per minute without compromising on the spacing accuracy. This unit is easily integrated to any existing production line and can provide a substantial upgrade to your production.

DRTS Servo Perforator Video

The DRTS Servo Perforator can be easily installed on an existing lines without making any changes. It has its own line speed encoder making it an autonomous machine. Spacing measurement including historical report can be retrieved directly from the PLC or via USB port. Hole position can be adjusted via the touchscreen at a resolution of +/- 0.01mm. The depth of the hole can also be adjusted during operation at a resolution of +/- 0.1mm.

The 3 layer technology we offer allows the pipe manufacturer to reduce the cost of the raw material by using recycled material for about 80% of the pipe material. The inner layer (10%) and outer layer (10%) of the pipe will still use prime raw material so the outside surface and the inside surface touching and integrating the dripper is of prime material and will keep the performance and integrity of the dripper. We can also add numerous colored lines on the pipe as per your request.
This technology can also be used on Plain pipe in most sizes and save the cost of the pipe while maintaining good quality of the finished product.

DRTS 3 Layer Crosshead Video


The DRTS accumulator is designed to provide a time buffer during the pipe production useful when beginning a new coil. Accumulation is vertical to minimize floor space. The upper rollers move vertically while the bottom rollers are fixed. All rollers are idle (non-driven) and are designed specifically for drip pipe of varying diameters. The accumulator is automatically synchronized to the production line.

Haul Off (Puller)

This Servo Haul-off can be easily installed on existing lines without making any changes. Communication with existing extruders can be made using any protocol. The puller is specifically designed for drip pipe or plain pipe of varying diameters. Due to the special design the pulling speed is very stable despite the normal issues associated with drippers in the pipe.

Flow Tester

The DRTS Dripper Flow Tester can test any type of emitting device from drip tubing and drip tape to button drippers and sprinklers. Using load cells to measure the collected water allows a very high accuracy of flow measurement in the shortest possible time because up to 10 samples can be tested simultaneously at the same pressure. The testing machine is ISO 9260 and ISO 9261 compliant. Standard testing diameters from 12-25 and others available upon request. Tests are fully programmable with up to 30 different test pressures and conditioning times. Each test produces a report which includes graphs and statistical analysis such as exponent and CV.
