Vacuum and Cooling Tanks

Our vacuum tanks are digitally controlled to ensure pipe stability as well as assist with a more automated process. When integrated with DRTS Extruders, the Vacuum tank is controlled directly from the Extruder’s main HMI Screen. We have a range of vacuum and cooling tanks from 2-9 meter long and with single or double stage vacuums. Along with our vacuum tanks we offer calibrators with both standard or adjustable calibration sleeves.

The Cooling tanks have either Spray and Flood options to give the absolute ideal cooling distribution for the pipe.

Additionally, we offer an optional adjacent sump tank with a heat exchanger to ensure better temperature control and efficiency of the system. This essentially creates a closed loop water system which isolates the specific production line from the rest of the factory.

Calibration:
Being one of the key factors in giving the pipe its final shape and surface, we offer calibration equipment for pipes from 6mm-710mm. Our calibrators can be made from both Brass or Stainless Steel, depending on customer preference. Our calibrator design ensures ideal pipe lubrication resulting in both cosmetically pleasing surface and properly round pipes.

DRTS also offers adjustable calibrators for sizes 32mm-710mm, as well as unique calibrations (Aquarium) needed for applications such as Drip Irrigation Pipes.
